Why don't I see any data in Activity History?

Question

I just activated a job. Why don't I see any data in the Activity History section of the recipients I emailed?

Answer

You have to click on the 'Update Salesforce' link for the data to be written back to the Activity History section. We generally recommend waiting a few minutes after job activation and performing this atleast once after Job Completion. The most accurate reporting is always available in BlastWizard Reporting section.
