Example: Newsletter Category INCLUDES email marketing;SEO, CRM
(will show results for people selected to receive both email marketing and SEO newsletters, as well as people who just selected to receive CRM newsletters)

Excludes

Use this operator when filtering from a multi-select picklist field (in which multiple items can be selected) to find records that do not contain one or more of the values in the list. A semicolon is used for AND, and each item selected should be enclosed in single quotes.

 Example: Communication Type EXCLUDES Phone;Fax
(Will show results for people who did not want to be contacted by phone and fax)
